Why can I not just order it?

How is it different from the I?
The S is daytime and goes to the head: mood, focus, appetite. The I is night-time and goes to the body: pain, spasm, sleep. Same medium strength.
Will it make me anxious?
At a high dose, for some people, yes. That is why you start with two or three drops: with THC more is not better, and overdoing a sativa shows up as feeling wired.
Is it legal to take home?
That depends on the law where you are going, not on us. Many countries treat any THC as a controlled substance. Check before you pack it.
