We're in Medellín, but you don't have to be. If you're in Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla or a small town, your bottle still gets there — it just takes a bit longer.

Same day only in four places
Same-day delivery runs through RappiFavor and covers only Medellín, Bello, Envigado, Itagüí, Sabaneta. The rest of the metropolitan area — Envigado, La Estrella, Caldas and the others — goes by standard shipping, same as any other city. More on Medellín here.
The delivery cost is yours and you pay the courier directly. We can't quote it in advance because it depends on the address.
Paying
Bank transfer, Nequi or Daviplata, before dispatch, anywhere in the country. We don't do cash on delivery — nothing is handed over in person, it always travels with a courier.
If you're visiting Colombia and don't have a local account, say so in the chat and we'll work something out.
How the bottle travels
In its box, dropper sealed, upright. The amber glass protects the extract from light during the trip, which is exactly when a clear bottle would degrade.
If it arrives broken or with the seal tampered with, send us a photo and we'll replace it. No argument.
