What to expect, and what not to
- It does not knock you out. It lowers the alertness keeping you awake, which is not the same as forcing sleep.
- The effect on sleep builds up: give it five to seven nights before judging.
- If you wake up groggy, you overdid it. Drop two or three.
- It does carry some THC. Little, but it is there — which matters for a drug test.

How to take it

Start low
Five drops under the tongue. Start below what you think you need and work up, not the other way round: the right dose is the smallest one that works.

Hold before swallowing
Under the tongue there are capillaries that take the CBD straight into the blood. Swallow it at once and it goes through the liver, where you lose a good part of it.
- 3 days
Do not change the dose daily
CBD builds up. Three days at the same amount before you decide to go higher. For sleep, take it 45 minutes before bed, not once you are already in it.

Questions about this one
Will it get me high?
Not noticeably. A 1:30 ratio means thirty parts CBD for every part of THC, and the CBD counteracts the psychoactive effect. That is why you can take it during the day and work normally.
So does it contain THC or not?
Yes, between 0.5 and 1%. We do not hide it because there is one case where it truly matters: if you are drug tested at work, it can show up. If that is you, tell us before ordering.
Can I take it with my medication?
Ask your doctor first. CBD uses the same liver enzymes as many drugs — cytochrome P450 — and can change how they are processed. That is a real interaction, not boilerplate.
Can I fly home with it?
That depends on the law where you are going, not on us. Many countries treat any THC content as a controlled substance. Check before you pack it.
What is in it besides the extract?
Organic sesame oil as the carrier. Cold extraction, made by hand, 22 ml amber glass dropper bottle. There is no per-batch lab certificate and we would rather say so.
